Sales Policy

- You understand that by ordering a gown, you agree with the measurements taken and the size that is ordered. If you choose to order a size that is different than what is recommended, you are doing so at your own risk. Mon Bijou Bride will remeasure each bride at Gown Pickup Appointments. If measurements are different than when first ordered, Mon Bijou Bride is not responsible for replacement gowns or special alterations.

- You understand that all sales are final and are cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. If you choose to cancel your order, there will be no refunds and you understand your deposit is forfeited.

- You understand that when the dress arrives, you have 2 weeks from being notified to collect your dress. After 2 weeks, any issues that exist with the gown cannot be rectified with the Designer as too much time has passed. Designers will not correct any gown issues after 2 weeks has passed.

- You understand that if there is a balance on your order, it is due at time of picking up your gown. We do not accept checks for final payment.

- You understand that if your dress is not collected by your event date (wedding date at time of purchase), your dress is considered abandoned and will be resold "as-is" on our sales floor. No refunds will be given under any circumstances as it relates to abandoned goods.

- All Special-Order Gowns take 16-25 weeks to deliver to Mon Bijou Bride, depending on style and any modifications requested. All ship dates are estimates, and Mon Bijou Bride is not responsible for manufacturing or shipping delays. Mon Bijou Bride will make every effort possible to ensure accurate ship dates, but it is understood that with delays due to COVID or fabric delays, Mon Bijou is not liable for late dresses.

- You understand that if booking an upgraded appointment, cancelations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.

- You understand that when booking an appointment, Mon Bijou Bride has a 24 hour cancelation policy that is agreed to at time of booking. If appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or if you know-show, you will be charged $50 as a cancelation fee. This fee is non-refundable.
